Bank of Granite commemorated the relocation of its Matthews office with a daylong Holiday Open House and an 11:00 a.m. Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Friday, December 14. Relocated within Plantation Market shopping center on Weddington Road, the newly constructed office is at the McKee Road entrance.
In addition to Bank of Granite officials, dignitaries at the ribbon cutting ceremony included the Honorable Lee Myers, mayor, Town of Matthews; All Saints Presbyterian Church Pastor the Rev. Dean Turbeville; Matthews Chamber President Dennis Toler; and North Carolina Bankers Association Community Bank Services Senior Vice President and Chief Administration Officer Rann Paynter.
The new office opened on November 19. Business hours remain the same as the former office location: Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Friday 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
