In the event that your ATM or CheckCard is lost or stolen, please call your Bank of Granite office during regular business hours. After hours, on weekends, and bank holidays, please call 866-546-8273.
Credit Cards
If you have lost your credit card or suspect that it may have been stolen, please call toll free 800-854-7642 as soon as possible. If you do not have your card number when you call, you will be asked which bank issued your card, if your card is a credit or debit card, whether is is a MasterCard or Visa, and you may be required to provide personal information.
