Card PatrolSM*
Identity thieves care about two things — stealing your personal information and selling it to make money. Our sophisticated, real-time, early warning technology monitors various chat rooms across cyberspace for your personal information. In the event that identity theft occurs, you will be assigned a personal caseworker to take you through the resolution process.

Triple-Bureau Credit Alert**
With triple-bureau daily credit monitoring, you’ll be alerted automatically of certain changes to your credit. While it can’t prevent identity theft, Triple-Bureau Credit Alert can greatly reduce its impact by allowing you to minimize the damage. If there are no changes to your credit, you’ll even receive a quarterly notification letting you know that nothing has changed.

Credit Information Hotline
Monitoring your credit is important, but understanding it is essential. Credit Information Hotline provides toll-free support to ensure that you fully comprehend all the details of your credit history.

Identity Theft Insurance
Members have up to $5,000 in financial compensation for covered expenses incurred in the recovery of their stolen identity.

Identity Fraud Support Service
Receive guidance in the recovery process from professionals who can help with notifying creditors, organizing paperwork, and more.

* Card PatrolSM monitors up to ten registered major credit/debit cards (including VISA®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover®, and Diners Club®) in Internet chat rooms. It is impossible to ensure that all Internet chat rooms have been searched for your personal information. Accordingly, your monitoring alert reports may not contain or apprise you of all of your personal information that is publicly available or that may have been compromised.
**Triple-Bureau Credit Alert is not a credit counseling service and does not promise to help you obtain a loan or improve your credit record, history or rating. The Triple-Bureau Credit Alert service may be modified or improved at any time and without prior notice. Daily monitoring will notify members of any new inquiries, certain derogatory information, accounts, public records, or change of address that have been added to their credit reports as reported by any of the three major credit reporting agencies. If no information has been added or changed, then the member will receive a quarterly notification stating that no information has changed within their credit file. Neither the Plan Administrator, the provider of the Triple-Bureau Credit Alert service, or its credit information subcontractors, nor Financial Services Association shall have any liability for the accuracy of the information contained in the Triple-Bureau Credit Alert reports which you receive, including any liability for damages, direct or indirect, consequential or incidental.
