Bank of Granite administers assessments to make objective hiring decisions that predict successful on–the-job performance. Our selection assessments vary depending on the position you are seeking.

Bank of Granite conducts pre-employment background investigations in an effort to hire quality employees, provide a safe environment for our customers and staff, protect the corporation from risk and comply with federal regulations. Investigations include verification of employment, credit, criminal, and reference checks. In some cases, a verification of education and a driving record check may also be included.
