Our Direct Deposit service allows you to deposit your check directly into your personal checking or savings account at Bank of Granite.

Deposit certain U.S. Government payments including:

  - Civil service retirement
  - VA compensation
  - Pension checks
  - Military payroll and retirement
- Certain types of State of North Carolina payroll
There is no charge for the service and your funds are available for you to use on the day the check is deposited.
Benefits include:
 
  - Saving you the time and expense of making a trip to the bank to deposit or cash your check.
  - Relieving you of any concern over checks being lost or stolen.
  - Knowing your check will always be deposited even if you are out of town, sick or disabled.
